What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or area and a description of your project. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as photos of your property.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email service provider acting on our behalf. We may share limited details with other trades working on your project, only where needed for that work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Google Map is only loaded if you click “Show map”, at which point Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own policies.
